Jonas how much did you pay for your setup?

How much did it lower your car by?

Ant best place i found on price was shy auto for the H&R springs, I bought the shocks from QST because i didnt have any option at the time, But i would have bought Bilsteins if i did it again.

            Hi ant,

Paid 710 euro for the setup, 22 euro in shipping from germany to Denmark.

It lowers the car 50/50 with the H&r springs and it has bilstein sprint dampers. Really nice setup if you ask me.
It corners really well and handles great. It is a bit harsh (not sure about the spelling) on very bumpy roads.

My H&Rs from qst cost £165 +VAT and lowered the car by 40mm. Konis were 360 +VAT.
That was a couple of years ago. No problems so far, 10 000 rough road miles later.

Is there other springs available that lower the coupe by only 15 or 20 mm?

I think you'll struggle to find anything less than a 30mm drop.

I reckon your best chance would be with height adjustable struts.

Next year i'll go for Bilstein's, the B6 sprints on standard springs, if there were a 15-20 mm drop spring i'd do the B8 sprints.
Got other things 2 buy including bl**dy xmas!

Im gonna be swapping my koni springs for some h&r's today plus fitting tims top mounts, and just need top know which way round are they supposed to go, top to bottom if you know what i mean.
As greg said earlier in this thread front springs are now used on the rear also for the coupe.

ive nicked gregs pic, do the compressed coils go to the top?

Martinjs: Sorry to say this but, it is not true that you use front all the way around on the coupe. If yoou buy them from germany you get at rear / front set of springs.
