  • i think that 4 washers, not 2 alloys.

    So the setup is :

    1) put alloy on the bottom
2)little bit cut of both plastic ends
    3) mount new shift
    4)put 4 washers on studs
    5) tightened this
    6) cut off a holder off spring?

        • Cut the bush in one step. This will allow lever to move up and down and make shifting more easy.

Sorry for replying so late, but I have some problems with main computer at home

                  • Hi.
We must cut for down the gearknob to put Reverse gear. Only on 6 gearboxes.

                            • I have next problem. If its right,if the spring are fit on the shift ball and slides after the ball ? (u can see on the picture). Because a OEM shifter have a holder which hold spring up to ball (on the picture)

Or this is right? To slide after the ball
