Nice work as always Dave, I'm interested to see how the rust converters fair as rusty discs is a bane of my life having several cars, only one can be driven at a time after all. I'm going to have to skim my RS2 discs on the lathe at work, a 5 thou pass each side should make them like new and still be well inside of spec.
You could build up the mating face's of your current locking tool with weld then file them down so it's a snug fit again, a bit of hassle but free.
I've been using one of those large knot wheels on rusty suspension parts, they're savage, one has to very careful with them!
