Out of interest, can you still obtain the standard Sachs clutch kit in Germany?

112€ for pressure plate and 157€ for disk.

I see a clutch kit for sale on the facebook page I think £220

i think it was on ebay and had a rusted presure plate. you can see that the upper part of it has seen some wirebrush

Yes, I did see it on ebay. It's been cleaned up since then! You could also see the price on the box. £140+ vat!

Dave I have a very good used Sachs ABY pressure plate and clutch disc if you get stuck, they is virtually no wear on it compared to a new disk

I had a lucky find on eBay


It’s the pipe that runs from the top of the fuel filter to the fuel line.
My one was rusty.
All the other pipes have either been replaced or cleaned up.

And in it goes!



I need to do some more work on heat shields before I'm finished here. One of my home made ones doesn't fit. The shape is complex and the folding/bending meant that the fitting holes no longer line up. I will have another go tomorrow.

Tank replaced and all the underbody shields now sorted. I had to re do the back one as I messed up the fit.



Am I missing anything here (above)? There seems to be a gap.



Also, I need the heat shield to cover these fuel lines. Anyone got a pic?

Fuel lines all connected up ok. I was worried about the length.


Thanks to Trist for some heat shield cloth I did this - a copy from Error404!


I need two more of these pipe holders if anyone has a couple knocking about.


And last but not least, can anyone tell me where this goes?

I cant see it fitting anywhere over the fuel lines. I've tried every which way!

Yes the curved end is at the front and the flanged end towards the WG. Mine is not in place on the coupe to take a pic, not sure if that’s because it doesn’t fit with the Wagner or because I decided I didn’t need it with the reversed intake, I’ve forgotten!
