Well done. Did my first proper drive yesterday as well. Always things to fix after this!
No expert on your clutch set up but could it be the that the slave rod is now a little too long?

Yesterday was a big milestone. The first few meters I drove the car. Well, it's more likea race car than a street car And to be honest I was pretty nervous about first ran. I have a small fuel leak around DP so I decided not to drive it much and rather bring it back to garage to solve these issues and also the cam cover is little bit leaking, so I will buy a new camcover gasket or use it together with some RTV?
But the clutch acting weird , as the clutch is grabbing almost at the "rest" position.

The clutch is completely new, just everything.
    New Clutch master cylinder
    New Slave cylinder
    New clutch throw bearing
    707 clutch plate
    7A flywheel refurbed
6 puck KEP disc from KL racing

I thought the new clutch should grab at the lowest point or at least somewhere down.

Mine seems to be a fully ABS plastic one. Not sure what quality, but hopefully not a bad one

What does GRP mean? I will order that plastic copy of rs2 bumper. I think it would be the best option to have as much space as possible. There will be some tweaking with that bumper, but hopefully I can handle this on my own.
Currently I am in the middle of bleeding the brakes and finding a spot for mounting the ProVent 200, looks like there is a spot near the downpipe. Maybe with some heat wrap it could handle the heat there.

    Figerglass and very expensive shipping!

ABS Plastic with much cheaper shipping... This would be my choice.

Or a genuine Audi V6, now very expensive!

It actually says it is GRP later down the listing?

Yeah, I am considering a plastic copy of the RS2 bumper. The price is good, about 220 eur and free shipping. Lead time around 4 weeks

I had to switch from euro CQ bumper to the euro V6/S2 style bumper in order to fit my S2 intercooler. The official names of those bumpers may not be totally accurate. I can provide pics if you need them.

Ic piping and Ic itself are fully welded and pressure tested. The IC cross-member with oil cooler mounting points is also done. The custom snub mount bracket is finished. Finally, I could assembly the Ic piping. Next week I will start to bleed the brakes and ABS as well, after this, hopefully I will be able to ran car at least a few km around.

The holder for the screamer pipe is done (simple flat bar bent), then I removed the second spring from the wastegate, so now it's only a single 11psi spring for the beginning (just to be safe). The hot charge pipe is also ready, the cold pipe needs to be welded. Bov will be fitted on the IC outlet.
The engine bay is filling pretty much , so not sure where I am going to fit some swirl pot

Oil hoses are fitted, hopefully, there won't be any leak, but we will see. I also moved the IC little bit upwards as I want to have it as high as possible, so I moved it about 1cm, the bad news was I had the hot charge pipe done. So I have to cut the flanges and starts again. So many hours wasted, but nevermind, its a project The hot charge pipe is tacked, no I have to tack the cold pipe.
I will fit the BOV into the IC outlet as I made a new outlet from IC.

Mine is a nice snug fit as well, hopefully, it will fit nicely after all the welding Now, I have to finish the oil cooler lines, the IC piping and then hopefully I will drive the car for the first time
