    • Hi! The car and me is still alive. I have welded on a 100 cell catalyst to my Supersprint exhaust and polished the car/ceramic coated it. Last week i was on a big meet near Gothenburg. This was a meet with all types of cars, from Koenigsegg to old Audis. Very nice meet an many people. It was a 500km drive for me and the RS2, wich behaved good. A little bit cold during the night as i sleept in the trunk
The Coupé that is in the pictures is a custom build with S4 B5 front/rear. Widened rear fenders and lots of other mods done to it. Really nice build.

      • I got hold of an -95 Audi S2 Avant rear/front end subframe for 200 euros, nothing to think about (though im home with the baby and don't have a lot of cash). 200 euros is to good to be true, so i went and picked it up Looks good and have lots of nice parts on it such, cast front wishbones/rear upper cast wishbones. Happy days, some times i feel lucky. I will tear it down and sandblast it/powder coat it some day. But i think it will be after my daddytime at home. The car passed 250 000km today 45764-20b33b51e09c4d9f70e80cd81b74a9ce.jpg 45764-8961e89603c81dc6c62df0d76f307ef6.jpg

Cleaned hood, also cleaned every plastic trim and clips:

I know this post was from awhile ago but I am trying to locate a few "Old" style hood insulation clips. It seems as though the part numbers in the system now are a completely different style of clip that uses a screw instead of the push pin style as seem above.

Is it still possible to purchase the original style clips? Part# ?

            Thanks in advance,

Any more info on the clips on the left?

They look similar to the roof rack clips that I cant find a replacement for
