Today was the big day! Maybe some of you read at my other post that i had problems to get the fuelinjectors to open. Today i was at a Bosch service center and had the injectors cleaned and tested. After that she fired right up! Now i have to fix a small oil leak at the turbo oil return line and get myself a new oil pressure sender. Otherwise, all good so far, no strange noices or other faults so far.. Now i will have a beer and enjoy my work today!

Injectors at service at Bosch service center, only 4 at this picture. 3 ones delivered 75Ml, and 2 80ml, good enough according to service department.

    Oh, you are probably right.

I think there is some test procedure you can access with motronic to check all the electrical connections.
If I remember correctly it will switch on and off each injector, wgfv, N80, isv and such.
The TPS is involved somehow stepping through each component.
That way you at least know the wiring is correct, I looked at S2Central but couldnt find the instructions..

Yes, checked wery good. And If timing was out i wouldn't have spark because of g4 and g40 sensor wouldn't allow that if timing was out.

Up early today to do some more fault finding. Spark is there, fuel flowing through the system, but the injectors won't open. There is 12V at the injectors when the ignition is on. And if i remember right the injectors is earthed by the ECU when they are supposed to open? Will search the web and studying faults on my work tripp today. But someone here maybe have came across the same issue?
