Hi Paul,

I can try to make some measurements on wednesday since iam going to test the car there. What would like to know from which RPMs and in which gears?

The car is getting remapped on sunday so I better check that car is airthight. But I have an idea on how to do that, I will stick and old MAF hose on the IC and bung off the PVC and DV and WG outlets and then see if it holds pressure

Be interested to know when its at full boost - say from cruising at 1500rpm in fourth. A K24 hits full boost about 2500rpm whilst an RS2 is 3000-3500 from memory - factory programming is more like 3500.

Just did a couple of test.
In 4th from 1500 RPM and it hits full bost (1.3-1,4 bar) at 2900 RPM.
In 5th gear from 2000 RPM it also hits full boost at 2900 RPM
In 3rd gear from 1500 RPM it hits full bost at 3200 RPM.

I can post some more info after the remapping session on sunday.

looking good. So any idea on total costs for the mechanical bits to get you to 340bhp? not that i am tempted or anything Honest.....is that plastic i smell burning in my wallet?

This is what I have spent on mechanical bits:
RS2 IC new - 400 euro
RS2 airbox new - 200 euro
3" exhaust + Short Shift + RS2 replica injectors + shipping = 1600£ from Corey
Refurb of my Hohenester turbo - 530 euro
New Oil cooler - 40 euro
7A Fuel pressure regulator new - 20 euro
Remap - 530 euro

But I guess you would also need either a RS2 turbo or Hybrid turbo and RS2 EM or similar. And properly ABY/ADU headgasket and Rod bearings. I already have the turbo and EM so that makes it a bit cheaper

Sorry i paid 270 euro for the airbox at my German audi dealer Since my company is in Denmark and my car is a company car I get them to deduct the VAT and I get a 10% discount

Shot a couple of pictures of the car, needs to get waxed and polished. And I need to get my RS2 Rieger front bumper and rear RS2 bumper mounted also

Nice, some good shots there, I want to get some good one's of mine to put up and have a play around with photoshop and see if the same rear lights on your's would look good on mine.

Are the window's slightly tinted?

yeah the rear windows are tinted, but not the front since it is ilegal in Denmark. And if you get stopped you get a fine of 50£ plus you have to take it out at once or they will send you to the MOT.

Thats harsh, its getting that way over here tho which is one reason why I have not had mine done.

Yup it sucks, so I decided to just tint the rear windows since this is legal

Can't even just drive around with the windows down all the time to avoid the fine. You should be allowed a little bit. Just the fun police taking away something else that people want.
