It rains alot in Denmark and the weather is not always sunny So driving around with the windows down is perhaps not the best idea

Lol thanks , saw a video which i'm trying to find the link for which would have helped. It showed the rough area of liverpool with some bloke going out to what looked like a burnt out car and pulling a cover off to reveal his mint condition car. That would have been good, or you could look thru the posts for the magic blanket a few others on this site have

          Yup it is

It is Panthero metalic Black and actually it is also the original paint, has never been resprayed. So I think it holds the color rather nicely

Are side repeaters not required in Denmark? Just curious.

Well they are, but a friend of mine is very good a talking to the MOT inspector, so he forgets the little things like side repeaters

Normaly I buy him lunch after he has gotten my car through the MOT

                    doorboards

                    Hello,

for more informations about the doorboards,
                    try this:

                    http://stores.ebay.de/Scullys-caraudio-design

I also get two facelift-boards from him for my coupe.
But like Jonas also need to prepair them with other coloured leather
and some work on for better fitting.

Nice, just out of interest do they stick out/get in the way of your legs much? I had a set up on an escort years ago that did, but then again the coupe is wider/more leg room etc.

                        OT:

                        There is enough spare.
So the boards didn´t disturb in any way.
But just one negative thing from these boards is,
that you can´t open the glovecase (is this the word for that, what i mean ) completely,
when the passenger door is shut.
So i would suggest to prepair the OEM door panels by keeping the origin sizes.

Yeah the glovebox is the correct term would it be possible to trim down the top of the panel to give a bit more gap for this without looking odd.

                            Sure, if you have talent.
But as you can see on the picture in this way,
                            is there not much clearance.

                              Well,

Some progress, I have now managed to make the brackets for the new Rieger RS2 bumper:

Actually were not that hard, tomorrow I will mount it and ship it to the painter.
Should also have the new RS2 turbo installed, however audi forgot to send some bolts with the turbo, so that has delayed project a bit. But should be up and running again tomorrow
