Have you got some more details of those brackets for the reiger bumper you could post in a how to, im sure it will be useful for other members
Also ref you PM about the 044 pump it is preferable to run the 044 pump off a seperate relay but not essential, i did this on mine and just ran an extra fused line from the battery under the seat with a seperate fused line and used the original wiring to drive the relay.
Recently I was told the 044 doesnt hold the fuel pressure so has to pump for a short tiem to get the fuel upto the engine to start which doesnt take too long and i can cope with that.

Hi Greg,
I will try to take some pictures and make a guide about it
In regards to the fuel pump I just hooked it up to the original wires, since I did not have a relay at the hand, and I could not finde any information about it on the site. Just installed the pump today
But why do you run the pump on a seperate relay? Is it because the relay is to small on the S2 3b? I mean it cant be becuase the wires are to small, since you still use them to connect to the relay
Cheers
Jonas

Update - A sad day
Well,
Got my new 1 bar wg spring fitted and everything were going great at the mapping session.
But disaster struck and somehow the axle broke in my brand new RS2 turbo, while they were mapping it. This happen at 1.6 bar peak boost
So right know Iam in a bit of war with Audi in Germany. Audi in Germany wants me to get car down to them, so that they can take off the turbo to see if I mounted it wrong. However this is annoing and time consuming to get the car to germany
They say that the same warrenty does apply in Denmark, but somehow I dont think that a danish dealer will replace the RS2 turbo. Anyhow if they decide not to replace the turbo on the warrenty, I have to pay for 4 hours of labor, which is aorund 660 euro. I can get a new turbo in Germany for 1000 euro so I dont know what to do. But anyway it turned out to be a crappy day

Finally some updates
Well got my new turbo last week, but I finally got some time to get the old one off:
As you can see on the pictures the turbo is rather trashed

Also had to liters of oil in the intercooler and around 1 liter of oil in the exhaust
Actually I also got the new turbo fitted today, cleaned the IC, emptied the exhaust system and found the axle + wheel inside the exhaust system
Then I changed the oil and fired up the car and it ran nicely, however it does make plenty of white/blue smoke. Hehe i wonder way. Took it for a test drive and gave it some revs, that resulted in a very large white cloud that totally made the car behind me disaper. Lets just say he was angry
But the cars works nicely, I just need to thighten a couple of things and get a new MAF-turbo hose, old one is full of metal parts from the compressor wheel And then I need the tuning company to the final adjustments Weeee
