Almost done, had to drop the head on tonight so I could make up the coolant return hose for the turbo.

busy weekends like always eh? re-building is more funny than driving

Finally got the block back from machining last week, it's been bored, decked and line honed. Got it cleaned and painted this week and started the re-build yesterday.



Crank went in yesterday, turns as smooth as butter now, rods and pistons in today. Just got to get the rest of the ancilleries on and she'll be ready to go back in. Can't wait

Are they 52 or 45mm gauges Andy? look good what make is the boost gauge?

52mm, the boost and fuel pressure are both Glowshift from the USA

They're multi colour, but the red matches the OEM lights perfectly
