WMI can be any number of things:
1) Failsafe messed with, thus always going into failsafe mode (were the gauge trimmers adjusted?)
2) No actual flow due to pump not turning on or blocked pickup.
3) Leak

I've never ever had a single problem with an Aquamist kit I've fitted. First thing to do is to remove the jets, aim them somewhere and put it in test mode to see if it sprays or not.

So the WMI problem was restricted flow caused by the check valve.

The o-ring in the valve has swelled which is blocking the flow, likely as a result of mixing the meth mix in an old race fuel can... Rubber and hydrocarbons don't mix

The valve is being sent back to Aquamist to get the o-ring changed and I'll drain the entire system and flush with water before sourcing some new, hopefully uncontaminated, methanol.

Yeah, just trying to work out how much methanol is a safe amount to store in the garage.

The 200L is tempting because it's such good value after you factor in postage on a 20L, but sounds rather dangerous!

Methanol group-buy anyone?

I wouldn't buy 200ltrs, I bought a 25ltr drum from Trinity Chemicals and it's lasted well over 8000miles.

50L of 50/50 water/meth mix, so 25L of meth would probably last about 2 days on track from what I understand

200L would last me a decent time for sure, it's great value to buy it in bulk, but I'm not sure I fancy storing it all so if anyone wanted some...
