    • Behind the manifold on an RS2 iirc, is a three way hose with a check valve.
Block that off completely, both the EVAP and the additional PCV source go there.

It's an ABY coupe not RS2, and i think all that stuff has been removed what with the custom breather system now being in place unless i completely misunderstand.

          • That'll be the 1-way valve that split in half on my car when we ran 2.2bar boost through it then right

If so it's been deleted in Andy's breather system - there is no breather connected to the IM at all now. Head + Block breather goes to the swirl pot -> catch tank -> MAF hose. There are separate vac lines for the N80, ECU, FPR etc.

Andy dont' you have vag-com? We can check + if needed change TPS, swap the FPR, ECU and injectors over and rule all that out if it's still the same... problem is after that I don't think there is anything left to check We need to have a morning on this so it's ready for your next trip dmitri.. otherwise I think your expertise would be helpful in diagnosing it.

            • 1. Fit stock N75 valve
              2. Block off both ends of the dump valve and try car without dump valve
              3. I don't see what I mentioned in any of the pictures. Where is your EVAP connected to?

And yea, pretty much feel free to swap ECU's around. It'll run a wee bit richer if anything. I don't thin it's anything to do with the ECU though, but you can try if that puts your mind at ease.

I thought I gave it back, must still be in the garage then

Andy the EVAP / N80 needs to be plumbed in on a vac line, pretty sure you can see the blue plug to it on the 2nd pic down behind the elbow to the head breather... check and see there's a green valve thing plugged into it with a vac line from the IM on the other end?

Facetime laura's phone if you need to show me your head and I'll guide you as to where the vacuum line should be connected

                      • Andy, have you checked your wastegate?

most of our wastegates are tired and very used...and if they has "play" inside...that´s a big boost problem

also, have you done the boost leak test from the MAF to Turbo hose and only blocking the breather hole? or have you bloked also the hose just before thorttle body?

                        good luck¡¡

                        • WGFV checked, and boost leak done with just the breather hole blocked, yes.

                          Cheers Rocco

ok,this is like i did on my cars .

but we had to move the car on 5th gear bit a bit to get it pressurized . if not, sometimes the engine will be drinking the air and the pressure would be always 0 of course

                            cheers¡
