Latest update is that the engine is all back in the car, new oil-cooler fitted, inlet/intercooler all cleaned out and engine started... but the turbo has had to come off again due to another problem with it.

Being fixed now and hopefully will be back on the car ASAP!!

He is expecting whatever the turbo can do

Everything in the engine can EASILY do 500hp, and with bigger injectors even up to 550hp (then he would probably need a bigger exhaust).

It's just a question of turbo sizing... So the answer is, as much as the turbo flows, since there are no other limitations up to about 550hp.

Or you could say this has been over-engineered into oblivion.
Although knowing Andy's luck, it's better that way.
