Like like ! Looks really nice and sits well on these wheels. Nice stance you got there!

Thanks, it sits alot better with H&R springs, not too high nor too low as I want to be able to ride on bad roads, of course it could be a bit lower but then the problems starts...
Yeah the stance got real good with custom spacers Ive bought, 16mm in front with ET45 and 11mm in the rear ET45 (thue to narrower arches) the calipers as quite near the rims, around 1,5mm clearence

Got tired of my high HC values (200 range) at the anual MOT, took out the old cylinderhead and left it at my local repair guy, the cylinder was crackfree but the build-up on the valves was horrific, the valve guides was totally shot and had alot of play in them and steam seals hard as metal.
Cylinderhead off !
Also got my starter refurbished
had a spare for comparison, it looked quite good comparing to the one I left for refurb, but when I got it back today it was really nice and shiny, cost me only half of a exchange unit

Had some spare time since last update, installed new pin-bolts for the RS2 manifold, changed oil, installed a magnetic gold plug, new oil filter, airfilter, new NGK cold plugs etc. Sooon it will run the only problem I had was the o-rings in the gasketkit. Looked so thin so I ordered a new set for the water manifold.
Maybe some day next week it will run...

Good that it runs nice! Always a little nervous when a large job like that is done!
Nice engine bay by the way Any more updates this summer or it's finished for now?
Yeah you dont want to see à bad result after that job, im planning of turbo, injector and à remap, but want to test everything out with stock turbo at first... 😊

Had some time with the car, found a great detailer solution for that new look, Lahega multishine 66i. Then I got the time to install my new turbo that has been in the garage for so long that I almost forgot it. So I manage to install both the turbo and rs2 injectors just to realising that both fuel pump and injectors are to small ☺️ Had to map it safe so my clutch and conrods stay in one piece.

Fun fact, looked like a turd under there, and then I wrapped the ignitionpart up and powerwashed it, after that I used that multishine, spray on and wipe down. took maximum of 10 minutes and you get the same result, and it lasts.
