i lifted the bonnet off yesterday actually, jesus, it weighs a ton!

defo carbon bonnet eventually like, easy save about 5kg just on that i reccon

hope to shave quite a bit from it, will be happy with 1200-1300kg, which is easily achivable from my........ahem........calculations:

just came home from there, not happy

cant find coilovers anywhere, think i left them at one of my centres and they have binned em, but not owning upto it.......

found 2 old standard struts but my new top mounts, i just cant figure out how the hell they go together!

just gonna buy 2 used complete struts tomorow and bolt them on

on a lighter note i have just ordered, as i type, my engine mount bushes!
hopefuly here for weekend then i can actually get the damn thing welded up once and for all

right, also ordered all the bolts that go on the rear suspension and components, with washers and nuts too

basicaly everything you see here in the pics........... this is gonna be a fortune i think, i didnt ask but will find out when i collect em....GULP!





when the nous/bolts come i was going to get them zinc coated?
is there any other type of coating i can get done to fixings?
any pictures?

actually, i need some 16" steels or STD 5 spoke A4 alloys, i have one so just need 3? tyres not important as im putting slick on them.

just been looking to order Powerflex bushes from front to rear, i see they now do a Black Series for track use for pretty much the same cost!

i will be getting a full set on thursday when this monkey gets his peanuts lol

make braided -3 brake pipes as i have thrown the old ones out with the ABS! (from master cyl to all 4 calipers)

get prop modified

make engine and gearbox mountings

make turbocharger fit the shell

make manifold for above

make oil lines for above

make oil cooler from filter housing

make front subframe

make engine wiring harness (Alex will be doing my coilpack harness )

put the car on a diet!!!!

make gauges fit the dashless interior

mount the seat to the floor........ propper bitch!

make pedal box fit the car

make rear diff lock work

DO NOT FORGET TO WELD CENTRE DIFF OR IT DONT DRIVE, YOU MUPPET SEAN LOL

fit the nitrous pipework/switches work

rectify various ****ups from my stupidy, i.e reverse lights that i chopped the wiring out for!

fit manual window regs.......... or perspex with sliders.......... mmmmmmmmmmmmmm ........... but not sleeper.......... ooooooooooooooooh! lol

I have single shot setup into the bottom of the throttle body boot, seems to work quite well

And you will get a fright when you pick up the bolts.

I got 4 eccentric bolts/washers/nuts for the rear of my a4 and a thermostat from audi, £70!
