This must be a casting defect. Many people have went to upto 83mm without problem. Hope your next one is better. Have you thought about liners for the cylinder. Should be much stronger.

Some good and some Bad news.
First adjustdrive wos very positiv. I have over 1bar boost at 4000rmp with just 50% throttle and with "only 2bar" the car Fells like have 800hp, this just at ~ 5600rmp.
I can make any more Tests because the Engine brokes[emoji19] .
But im very happy with the result.

Her the pics if my engine. I think it wos my mistake. At the 3 Zylinder i broke a pistonring at building and so the block broke. Possibly thirst the block broke and ....
But **** happens and i looking forward to make them Run again[emoji4]

Spend one Day by a tuner and we dont get my car run [emoji35] .Problem is big overlap from the cams and my Big injectors witch are 8 cm in the back.
But today i get them startet[emoji1] . It dont Run under 1500u/min.
