Yesterday i was on the dyno. Result was with 2bar 600whp, but it would not be more with more pressure.
With 2.2bar i had 1.8bar backpressure and 870 egt with low timing.
So we saw that my Problem is the Cam Timing. I adjusted the inlet cam from 3.75mm to 3.00mm at tdc and get 636whp with 2bar.
But i had no time to finish them.
Next friday i keep going on and hope to get them over 700whp, with lower cam timing.

On friday i played a half Day with cam timing. Best result wos with in:2mm and ex:3 mm at tdc. But far away from the result i wish to have. I think the Problem is my ex housing, its just a 1.05. As i bought the turbo there wos no bigger available. So i look to get the 1.45
Here the result with 2,2 bar. It should be ~825hp and 900 nm with no over boost. I can get a littlebit more hp with more rmp, but not interested because i have to change the ex housing

Power doesn't seem to drop at higher rpm. What size is the turbo, comp in and ex out? Did you try higher boost?

Yes whp and dyno is at 850m above sea Level.

In:67mm out:92mm turbine 80mm
With higher boost i yust get more egt

That turbine is huge. Shouldn't restrict at this level. Holset Pro52 has 72mm turbine and #16 housing and it's good to 900hp. Are you sure the comp wheel doesn't run on the map limit? In fact that is quite good result with so small compressor.

Have you measured things like exhaust back pressure at the downpipe, inlet vacume after air filter and pressure loss across intercooler. Something odd going on.

No, i don't have rmp from the comp.
Do you think that a 92mm compressor wheel is to small for 900 hp?

Yes look at the backpressure, had 2bar @2.2bar boost. But it was a silicone Tube over a Metal pipe and think it lost pressure. Have to control this.
But its just a 1.05 housing, so i think that's the restriction

If you had more boost than exhaust manifold drive pressure I don't think the turbine side is the issue. What intercooler inlet pressure and temperature had you vs inlet manifold pressure and temperature. I don't think your turbine side is the issue. Sure a bigger housing will give a few % but that's all I think.

Really rough rule 1 lbs/min = 10hp. For example Holset HX50 67/98mm comp wheel flows max 83 lbs/min.

No, dont look at pressure befor and after intercooler but just have 30° after intercooler.
Efr9180 flows max 95lbs/min
