Looks Great Elijah. I can't wait to have everything here in person. Could you take a picture inside the collector when you get a chance? Also, what did you decide on for the header bracing?

I tried to take a picture of the collector but it didn't turn out that well. I'll take another soon. I was going to leave the bracing up to him but he said it wouldn't need itOriginally posted by olsonjusLooks Great Elijah. I can't wait to have everything here in person. , I will have to figure something out and have him do it cause thats what he said about my last header with the WG vented separate and it cracked at the second track event
. At least he warranties these for life so if we have problems he will fix it or replace it, I'll bet he'll quit doing that after a few high HP cars start cracking welds. Javad only warranties his for 3 months

Cody does tons of, dare I say, Hondas with really big turbos on them that dont have issues with cracking. I tend to agree with him that these manifolds wont crack.
The difference between these manifolds and the one you had before is the thickness of the material and the quality of the welding. Cody has so much experience welding this thick stuff he gets very good penetration on his welds, making them very strong. Also, the stainless will hold up better then that mild steel you used to have.
Just my opinion tho.

I spent another couple days at LoveFab with with Cody getting the new header, DP, intake, and 928 MAF figured out. Here are some pictures. I went with 4" intake, new DP with WG put into exhaust this time. I am very happy with how everything turned out but of coarse when we got done last night there was 3+ inches of snow on the ground so I haven't been able to drive it yet. Today there is 6" of snow and its still snowing , isn't that just the way it goes.

Elijah,
Looks nice, great work. Let us know how it runs, and if you have worked out the MAF problem.

Thanks, I'm picking away at it but in a couple years this thing should be pretty dang funOriginally posted by Audi500HPHi Elija, amazing work what have you done with your car!

Thanks bye
. Most of what I've done is in the past pages of this thread.
The offset on the SSR Comps is ET 35 with 5mm spacers. No rubbing with 255-40-17 yokohama AO32R tires.
