No, you can't even connect with the "old" ABS-ECU. It doesn't support this!

So today seems to be problem solved....The problem was in diff fork , that will be too free and when i drive hard, the centrifugal force push fork as a "locked" and then switch automatically ABS OFF. So we locked fork (to the pump, not to move), and on the way back home, i give it a hard time, and everything seems to be OK It was unlucky luckAudi Coupe Quattro 2.3 20V

Mike, how its looks like? U think, that problem will be not in the fork but in this one way valve? Any experience how test it?Attached FilesAudi Coupe Quattro 2.3 20V

Blow by compressor or just mouth? Thats how looks like rod, its broken or too short. Order new or just enough weld a small piece to reach the rubber on the pump? That small rod is in pump or fork? Because now i am not sure if its bad a pump or fork or both pump is pumping...Attached FilesAudi Coupe Quattro 2.3 20V

As your car is not turbocharged, then it should be fine when you cant blow through it with your mouth.
It is not a pump, it is vacuum actuator with 2 chambers. One side pushes the rod when vacuum is applied and other sides pulls the rod.
Never disassambled one, and not sure if you can fix the rod with welding.
Same actuator is found on C3, C4/100, B3 and coupe quattros.
