Can you get a wideband on it, just to make sure it’s not running lean?

I did replace the O2 sensor several months ago and the cars performance did not alter, does that not indicate the sensor is not the issue?

Can a wideband sensor just replace the original OEM Bosch O2 sensor? or would it be used for display only?

You cannot replace it directly but for instance Zeitronox do a narrowband output with their wideband kit.

You can put the wideband up the tail pipe to check the fuelling is ok. Any normal dyno guy would do this for you.
