Yes and reading is 998 not 996 and there's no fault code. Still worth checking the resistance though.Comment

That link was for the F96 Alitude sensor. Did you miss the G71 MAP sensor link? Please re-read my previous two posts re: G71 failure.http://forums.quattroworld.com/s4s6/msgs/21892.phtml Says here though that if this signal fails, charge pressure is reduced to minimum. I have perfect charge pressure just not the fueling to match.
Again, if you posted screen saves (Shift Print Screen) to this thread we might have information to work from.RS2'd 93 UrS4 5 spd sedan

I think I'm right in saying, this ECU works fine in another car? If so then the MAP sensor must be ok. So it could only be a leak in the vac line from IM to ECU. But then I would have thought you'd see a difference between ECU boost and the mechanical gauge..Comment

Where is the mechanical boost gauge T'd in? Could there be a kink or leak in the vac line between the IM and the T?Comment

Does anyone have a source for a NEW Bosch MAF sensor. I have two here, both are checking out ok but the AFR is different with each. 15:1 at WOT with one and 13.8:1 with the other on which the pull is 'ok' so would like a new one but Audi is NLA.Comment
