Might have found a problem. I changed the sensor so I knew it's not that, so checked the plug and it looks like this. Ordered one from Audi, should be here Tuesday. Fingers crossed.

Happiness short lived. While driving I get 00515 code which is Camshaft Position (Hall) Sensor (G40): No Signal and then car runs like described yesterday.

But should car stop running altogether?

Seems to be fixed now. Glad it wasn't anything expensive And I'm pretty sure no more shaking either, 1st gear through whole rev range and she's not missing a beat. Hope to make de-cat pipes in next month or so, that should make breathing easier and emmisions won't be a problem as it was only 1/3 of what's allowed. had to lay injectors flat as it damaged bonnet by siting too high

There was bunch if codes saved, most due to removed plugs while doing work. So that's all cleared now and tomorrow before leaving for work I'll remove battery for 5 minutes to reset motronic and see if she runs better.

Fixed one problem and next one appeared. Have changed plugs to Iridium and it doesn't seem to misfire anymore, but now she runs very lean in WOT on bot fuels. Go WOT it sits at lambda 1, then either it works and goes rich (0.8) or lean (1.3/1.4). MAF is new bosch reconditions unit about a year ago. When boosts it boosts properly.

Have you got a PN for those iridium plugs? NGK only shows stock and lpg plugs. (EDIT: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/5x-NGK-BKR...wAAOSwQjNW8pnn (???))

On petrol "voltage too low on lambda" error is popping up, any way I can adjust it through wideband, or I'm better off installing narrow back?

By the looks of it spark plugs is the problem, as I got a misfire at around 4500rpm and fine after that, second time round 4500rpm and it misfires massively. Which plugs you run Des, is it NGK LPG Iridium?

Also, is there any point trying and reduce gas temperature? Would there be any benifits?

Figured out why petrol is running rich too, shows that voltage is too low, so I guess as PRJ said, motronic doesn't like the output from wideband, if I can't fix it OEM will be going back in.

200 mile trip averaging 20mpg when driving and engine light comes on, should I move it up or down, or it depends?

Thanks, I will get it logged again in 3rd and see what she runs. Do you think shaking can be down to ignition system?

    What could cause richer running?

LPG is too rich on top, do not go past 13.3 on LPG.
13.5 is just fine. 12 will melt ****.

Petrol is OK, a bit on the rich side, but won't hurt power a lot.
