So you need to enrich the gas at 4 ms quite a bit.

Works on voltage. It should be linear so I'll try empty tank voltage and full tank voltage (easier
) and if that doesn't work then I'll hook up multimeter on one of the trips or laptop
that'll happen when it's all calibrated correctly though

You could measure the resistance as you drive. So use your odometer to note resistance as the miles goes on and the tank empties. Then calibrate the ecu to suit.

Level sensor isn't working still, I have to calibrate it, but how do I know voltage does sensor read at each quarter tank? Do I just record full tank, then empty tank and decide by 4?

Went out to take measurement and took petrol on petrol but didn't record petrol on gas, instead got petrol and gas

OK I'll get that done tomorrow. On unleaded it runs much smoother, still trying to find out what is causing sluggishness

Yep need to get the higher ms times trimmed in too.
Even stock 25mpg seems good.

Mine is only stage 1 mapped. I am going for a drive tomorrow night, so 4th 5th 6th gear at 60 70 80mph should do?Leave a comment:

I have never got over 25mpg on petrol. But maybe it will improve once all the settings are dialed in.

That's 30% higher consumption in comparison to unleaded, which I think is too much.
I get 27mpg on unleaded with about 3/4 of tank on motorway and 1/4 around town.

19mpg still sounds ok to me.

I did 197 miles on 47 liters, which works out as 19 mpg. I'm expecting something in the region of 24mpg. I did 150 mile drive and got a similar mpg last week.Leave a comment:
