Mixture adaption error in motronic is because the gas map is wrong. It does look more like what it should now so save that map so you can call it back if required.
Try clicking the use model for idle box. My ecu doesn't have that.
To try and sort the issue on boost we need to know if it's way to rich or lean. In guessing rich. So the top 2 points on your model graph should be pulled down some to lean it off at high loads. That's the one that says 14.9 and then one above it. Pull them down 1 full line lower on the screen and try boost again. If better pull down some more. I find my graph needs to be quite low up top.
Also mixture adaption limit in Motronic means the mixture is wrong while engine is in closed loop lambda. Again I find my graph needs to be more rich at the lower part. So try increasing some of the lower values up the screen maybe just under 1 line. Start with the second and third valve on the graph. Do one at a time.
You will get there it just takes time and experience. Ideally get someone to look at laptop while driving on flat road and note motronic Times at 40 mph 60 mph 80 mph. Then do the same on gas. Drive at a steady speed on same roads. If gas times are off compared to petrol adjust map at that point to get them closer.

Those who run LPG converted 2.2's

Just checked, error code I'm getting is 2413 blink code which is mixture adaptation

Idle is good now, so is switch over though sometimes a bit shaky. Still shakes as soon as boost is 0.4bar ish and when driving on LPG check engine light comes on every now and then.
It looks like this after autocal and drive. Multi is at 8 now and offset is 0.8ms, says nozzles are in range(didn't put restrictions back in) and adjusted pressure to ~1bar

Sure it moves slightly just say it up so on gas it moves in the same band approx

Just about to go for a drive to collect the map points. Increased switchover time and transition is much better, ms on petrol still jumps around slightly, but even when it's running on petrol it's jumping around.Leave a comment:

Yes the red dots on the graph on modeling page. It does look like the calibration has leaned off your gas a lot. I think smaller nozzles will help.

Stock injectors yes. I will get the pressure up to correct value and try auto calibration again and see where that takes us.
So the red points are the ones I move up and down as required?Leave a comment:

Your on stock petrol injectors right? You could try the restrictors back in your gas injectors again then.

I don't think you need to play with p1 or p2

Autocal can go 2 ways. One is a good setup that drives ok and the other is how yours seems to be which is bad. I try auto cal again and if it's crap reload what you have now and start adjusting it yourself as described.

So I start with Autocal WITH and WITHOUT load
Then should I get map point or calibrate it?
When I calibrate it, do I move P1 or P2 around?
So if Motronic ms goes up when switching to gas, I increase Tg (up in y direction), if Motronic ms goes down, I decrease Tb?Leave a comment:

Oh I see gas is tg on the y axis and tb is petrol time on x

Adjust the reducer to get 1 bar. There is an Alan key on top. Set 1 bar also in your ecu and try again.
