So does this work with 6 speed c4 urs4. Or can it be modded to fit?

Unfortunately not Even with modification With 6speed box works only on S2/RS2.

Yes, but only if your gearbox has pushed-down to back reverse gear. It wont fit pulled-up push rod - I hope i got it right described
