There was some powdery corrosion in that area which I cleaned up with a wire brush. I don't think its been drilled but who knows with all the other things that were done to this car! If its just a small hole, could I clean it up and use some JB weld as a temporary fix?

It might work, but better to replace it - doubt its an expensive part and should be easy enough to swap out if you have access.

Investigating rich running.

Did a leak test (thanks Newsh).
Nothing major found.
Don’t much like this

Some kind of aftermarket boost device.
It was set on max. Took it all out and have gone back OE with new pipes.
Also cleaned and tested this little valve. All seems good.

Tested my after run pump and it’s definitely working. Also comes on when you first switch the ignition.
I have another oil pressure sensor to try (thanks Trist) but how the hell do you get at it to remove? I’ve bent an old 17mm spanner but still no luck.
