  • Thanks, but i think the only wires near the exhaust will be the lambda.

I`m also thinking of wiring the knock sensors into two high powerd bulbs on the dash to spot any detonation. This will hopefully pay off in the mapping process. I also spotted the DTA will run "closed loop" boost control running the n75 valve, with succesful past experiences using the ecu to control boost i think this will work quite well.
The ecu has lots of other auxillary inputs and outputs for me to play about with

          • I was suppose to be fitting one of these cages it was anightmare the main hoop was 50mm too high didnt come with the centre conecting sguare or bracing plates on windscreen mullions. it states in instructions that nothing was to be cut. so i gave up and said get some one else to do it as im not doing anymore as if it is wrong im not taking the blame and cost for it. for starters the base plates needed tapering down to fit in position.

            • Custom Cages state the bar lengths are cut with overlength to allow modification to fit your vehicle... Thats why its a kit form.

              • ok, finally mounted the WG on the manifold this was a challenge trying to keep everything flowing good and steer clear of the turbo hanger which i made at the same time. Also the start of the exhaust is there in the form of a 4" DP unfortunately i cant find any 4" boxes so im reducing it to 3.5" to go under the diff.

On the other side the chargecooler prerad has been mounted and a suitable cowling has been fab`d.

Also put flexi ducting to the rad in but im not too sure how well this system will work, only time will tell.

So much more work to do, and i thought it was coming to an end.
