Those pics of the wings look great, I am going to have to get new wings fitted at some point and get respray so may be tempted to do it at the same time

Flywheel wise if you want to keep your DM clutch as you are happy with it go for the RS2 SM Alu conversion from 034. I used this as an option on mine when I needed a quick resolution at one point. Weighs in at 8kg and felt really nice on the road with just the right rpm drop on gearchange without being so great it dropped out the boost band. Currently I'm running a 4kg alu flywheel with twin plate clutch and at first wouldn't drive nice kept having to rev really high to pull away and it would snatch and all sorts. However I've sat and played loads with the low down map for pulling away myself in what little spare time there is and I can now pull away as if I'm driving a normal clutch engaging at 1500rpm with no rpm drop.
Cold air feed is an absolute must and so is heatshielding. If ambient temp outside is 20celsius and I've gone for a run and park the car up just the heatsoak on the intake mani takes temps to 60+celsius. Will take a while for it to cool down to within 5degrees of ambient if not picking up some decent speed. So working on a nice ramair airbox round my filter soon.UrS6 Stroker + HTA3586 =

Thanks JP - i was looking at the 034 RS2 alu but time constraints plus shipping hassle mean i've got for a billeted steel conversion to fit the DM clutch that Will got hold of.
It's lighter than the 034 one at 5.2kg but not 4kg light! It sounds like it might come down to a bit of tuning low-down to get it feeling right then.
Im going to stick with the RS2 box for now i think, but at some point in the future if it's proved to be a restriction i could look at swapping it for a cone filter with air vent inlet on the wing as pictured.S2Forum.com AdministratorComment

Which Sachs did you go for?
I have the Sachs Racing 707 ( ? ) pressure plate with the organic disc and it seems to be holding up well with very little sign of wear after 12k miles

That's what I had in the S2, it will take some getting used to at the start.
I found when I was driving the S2 dailly it wasn't a problem but don't drive it for a week, bam stall that sucker
Good clutch thoughComment

i use the clutch on the picture from sachs with organic plate and 3b single flywheel
i have now a 500hp engine setup and i'm still tuning but for now it hold
however,the clutch pedal feels heavy
specs are 520nm but as soon I'm on the dyno i think i go over 520nm torque

Spec stage 3+ would have been my choice for your power aims
very strong and comfortable as stock
