Also to say - I think I'm running mine backwards, it holds 2.2bar fine in this configuration although you do get an interesting sound if you lift quickly with peak pressure - dont think its dumping quite quickly enough!

          Waste of time...
Maf's dead, or the air is going somewhere other than cylinders or the fuel pressure is way off, there's nothing else that can be wrong with it, if your AFR's are going to the 9's.

MAF is brand new and have tried another 2 known working ones just to be 100% certain.

FPR is one thing that hasn't been tried.

MRC's reasoning for looking at the TPS was apparently the ecu falls back to a stock map if it's not working, which could cause it to run rich as the injectors are obviously larger.

It doesn't fall back to a "stock map", that's just not true for fueling. That only affects the boost chip, where it goes into limp mode.
There's only one main fueling map in the ECU. TPS is only used as a LOAD input if the MAF is missing, otherwise you can even drive with the TPS completely disconnected, it just won't make boost, as TPS is one of the three primary inputs for boost control.

Even Audi/Bosch's PDF clearly states this.

Check your pressure, maybe your return is blocked or FPR faulty.

When I had issue with TPS previously mine was only with the stop switch for idle control. good luck geting it sorted.

surely you can test the TPS very easily with a meter?

I didn't talk about stock valve. Stock valve has a membran not a piston. How do you install an open Forge BOV? Think about it and you will know what i mean.

The Forge can be installed either way, and Forge also say so. I have done some testing on them with a vacuum supply and a special adapter that I hooked up to a pump with a gauge. They hold significantly more pressure by connecting the lower nipple of the valve to the pressure side of the turbo. This might look counterintuitive, but the reason is as follows: the edge around the piston provides more surface area than the lower part of the piston. In addition, by having the incoming air hit the side of the piston, it pushes it sideways off the seat, allowing some air to bleed through at lower pressure, sorta like WG creep. I seem to remember it holding only approx 5psi with the pressure connected to the side of the valve compared to 15psi or so when the lower nipple was connected to the pressure side.

and if you are using a hard spring ,more than your vacuum pressure,it means that the Valve it is not opening correctly and then damaging the turbo? this is how it works true?

                              Not the FPR.

Trying injector/ecu swap tomorrow with Ross, if that doesn't work... I'll be thinking about selling it.
