I guess I could rig something up and see what my injectors are actually putting out, or ask my mate with the RS2 nicely if I could borrow his for an hour.

Well your maths looks fine, this is starting to make more sense, must be a very safe rich on boost chip set. I'll put it back as it was and stop worrying as I was perfectly happy with the performance, as Kibby has said the bottom end/midrange grunt is awesome. Think I'll get my injectors serviced and checked properly as a sensible precaution.
I have no one way valve, just a vent from the crank case to the catch can along with one from the top of the cam cover. I was under the impression it was best to bin the lot, I've tried it vented to atmosphere and back to intake and there's very little difference.

I first leak test with the the PCV system connected to 0.5 bar before conducting a full test at higher pressure with the hole in the MAF hose plugged and oil breather vented to atmosphere as per the norm.
That way I can be 100% sure there's no air going missing or getting in anywhere in the system.

Have you considered taking it to Mark at automark for a live map? Just get him to tweak the fuel/timing as you are happy with boost control (if he would do it?)
Other option is fit an adjustable FPR and hit the dyno, I think that is what you do with Ben Swann's RS2+chipsets.
I've been thinking of trying an adjustable FPR and setting it up on the road, I would have to get a laptop with windows 7 so I can log with Zeitronix again, it's plain dangerous trying to read boost, AFR and EGT whilst driving at WOT on public road.

Yes also thought of that option, which I think is probably for the best.
Either that or leave it like Kibby had it set up and not worry about it.
AndyC, it runs fine and I'm very careful when I try swapping things over, always check fault codes after doing anything and I have highly reliable AFR, EGT and boost data at eye level and normally use a passenger when testing. The thing is bolted together fine with all vital components new or double double checked. I could probably boost leak test blind folded I've done it that many times over the past couple of months.
Edit, sorry, apart from the injectors, they are RS2 but not tested.
I don't make alterations at random.
It is considerably faster than my friends stock but in rude health RS2, especially the bottom end and midrange. That's with the 4 bar FPR and VERY safe AFR's and EGT's.
