I'm gonna rain on your parade, and say that this chipset is made for race fuel or meth injection, and that if it's running 11.5 AFR it's knocking all the time, as it's mapped to run a lot leaner than that without knock. It needs at least 102 RON to run knock-free. The knock maps are heavily upped as well, dumbing down Motronic's knock detection.
The 0.2 bar in fuel pressure won't take it from 11.5 to mid 12.
Also, that rolling road is pretty optimistic. I know my personal custom maps don't make much more than 370, and as some people can attest on here, my personal maps produce lower FATS times (Lloyd's car went from T+S to my map, got extra hp, less lag, better mpg, etc.).
"Generic" and "safe" don't go in one sentence with the T+S 1.9 bar chipset.
Sorry.
That said I think Rusty ran TS on his on ABY for 3 years, Rocco on his 3B etc
I think Rocco can still supply TS 3B ones, I had a set but sold them as I was so happy with performance from the ECU I got from Kibby I couldn't be bothered to try them which in hind sight was a poor decision.
Another option is a different known chip set
What's set's in yours and do you know where it can be acquired?

Stuck the 4 bar regulator back on, back to low tens with brief excursions into the high 9's if it's really pushed, though it backs off into the 10's if given enough space to keep the throttle open. Still goes like stink. Cleared the codes and fitted the new throttle cam I got from Nip and adjusted the damper. Took her for a quick blast and all seems well, no fault codes upon return.
So it can stay as it for now and I think I'll get it live mapped in future.
I could try and adjustable FPR but that's not really a proper solution and it could go wrong.
Really impressed with the quality of this, very nicely machined.
I'm not sure if PRJ still has anything to do with 3B's at all, I guess I could drop him a brief PM.
A live map really is the way forward, I like this current set up and can't see myself getting bored with it for some time, especially as I know it would go even better leaned out a little.
I also suspect this chipset maxes out the injectors which isn't ideal.

Kit can you do a pic of where the throttle cam fits down behind the butterfly operating arm? To get mine to fit in there I have to open the throttle slightly, is this correct? In other words the tang on the throttle cam is thicker than the original.
