Put a spare injector in a container, connect to the harness, crank it over, have you got fuel?

Spare plug in one of the coil packs, rest on valve cover, crank it over, have you got spark?

    "Occam's razor"
When there's several explanations for a result, the simplest is usually correct

I don't know if that helps you though

Yup, checked it again, also as twoqu says it was working before and the pins will not have moved themselves.

Ah! Perhaps I need something to play with that has more than 10 measly measuring blocks!

Another thing whilst I think of it. If the ecu thinks that the coolant and air temp is minus 49C then presumably it will just bung fuel in.

The coolant temp sensor and IAT need a look at. For example the G62 would need a reading of in excess of 13K ohms to get a minus temp of that reading. As both have the same reading thats a bit suspicious. Even without the engine running they should show more or less ambient figures. Did you have to repopulate those during the COP swop?

I have checked and they have the same pins on both 3B and ABY. However they also share the same earth going back to Pin 30!

Problem is it did work previously so providing he hasn't touched the wiring it should still be ok. It sounded like it was dying due to running out of something either fuel or electrons.
Still think that under 12V at the injectors doesen't sound right if the battery healthy. As you have relocated the battery might be advisable to check the connections including dare I say the earth for the new battery location!

Yep as you say, fit dizzy and try starting.

Good call that, wetness could be from output test..

    That would also make sense.

So fit spare known working dizzy tomorrow, then try starting, read fault codes and start basic no start procedure again?
