My 3B to RS2 project
I've had it running on the Maxxecu but swapped it back till I can get it mapped.
I bought all the books you suggested and had a read but no time to play really..

The coupe just about sailed through the MOT, only issue was a broken boot retainer in one of the plastic droplinks I fitted for the MOT last year.. and a rear tyre (I supplied a spare one I had in the shed)
While she was in there I also asked the Garage to do a 4 wheel alignment (first time since fitting the KWs) and she steers very nicely now.

Just a quick update, I have to report that since I relayed the fuel pump direct from the battery this old car is pulling like a train.

Pete Berry did the cambelt for me. I got lucky in the bottom pulley, this had been broken for a long time
Replaced with a Terrybullwon chrome steel version.

New tailgate seal from Audi Tradition arrived and fitted!
Bit of a struggle, seemed short at first but eventually went on with plenty of GT85 to allow it to stretch round.. the bit across the top is a fiddle but I wasn’t about to take the tailgate off!

So about a month ago I got a call to say that Jonus https://jonus-racing.no was coming over from Norway and would be able to map my car. This was really exciting as I’d been waiting for a year or more to get my Maxxecu setup mapped, unfortunately though I was due to be away for work during that period. Luckily I was able to quickly sort the car, do a quick oil and filter change and drop it at Quattro Coachworks where Ish looked after it for me and got it to the dyno on the day. Today I picked the car up and drove it home to Surrey, she’s a real flyer, smooth and easy to drive and a brilliant shove in the midrange.
Massive thanks to John W for bringing Jonus over and Ish at QC for his help making this happen, well pleased.
