Hi, do You have linkage partnumbers?

I have come across linkage which was told to be from Allroad 4B. It has nubmers 8D0 711 271P and 8D0 711 151M on the shafts. Will it fit?

      Hey,

sorry, dont have any part #, but those were from Audi A6 c5 FWD - they are all the same i think....still you have to modify it.

If I'm not mistaken, not every linkage fits, because there are weak engines with 01A-transmissions. That's just an opinion after some pictures googling.

Yours linkage looks pretty similar to that:

BTW, You have a very interesting rear silencer design with side-enter. Is is custom made? Seems to be very space-effective to me.

regarding linkage - 01E ueses the ones that 'almost' fit - 01A is a different story and doesnt fit.
About rear silencer, yes - it's custom made from SS - because of it's big space and 90deg bends inside, works a treat

Sure would be nice to see if it makes any power loss because of BP it makes ( if any).

hi, great car, it looks very nice on the gloss black oz (oz ultraleggera i think) rims.

can i just ask what discs you used with the brembo 18z calipers please?

              jason.

if you mean brake discs, then it's 345x30mm Audi S8 d2 FL model.

                  thank you!

did you use s2 hubs for your 5x112 conversion?

i also have 4x108 and im looking at options on changing to 5x112 for cheaper brake disc options.

                  thanks again.

S2 hubs were too expensive, so modified my stock ones. For more info and pics you can visit my blog - more info there

Anyone had leaking rear diff input shaft seal? Tried googling and searching here with no success. Found only this: http://forums.quattroworld.com/s4s6/threads/20220.phtml
Still hoping, that our diffs are easier to replaced it... ?

If you Have some sort of puller to pull the flange off I'd say it was do able on the car. You'll need a new crush washer to re apply the correct preload to the bearings but other than that should be pretty straightforward. uploadfromtaptalk1411554310467.jpg

thanks Kieron! As i understand - after unbolting center nut, flange wont come out easy ( as it does on gearbox rear end) - it is pressed in a bearing?
