Finally it's alive!
So I got an new turbo quite fast luckily and at a friendly price. It's an Holset HX35 Pro MFS (MFS35, very cheap turbo to begin with... but quite interesting specs. 58mm inducer billet compressor wheel, 60mm exducer turbine with #12 size housing. Sells as 600hp turbo.
Some small things had to be done to fit it, biggest issue was the turbine housing DP flange. You can see the difference in this picure:
Just cutted the flange from the old housing and machined down the orginal flange from the new housing and welded the bigger flange in place.

Changed the oil feed from AN4 to AN6 and also the drain from 15mm to 21mm. Holset need a lot of oil and a big drain.
Finally everything in place. Needed to shorten the intake pipe from turbo to IC for about 30mm. The compressor housing is little bigger than before so the bonnet didn't close anymore, luckily that was fixed with a small mod.
Fresh oil and filter in and it was running again. Found Motul Sport Ester 5w-50 here locally and it wasn't even badly priced.

Hello good night, I have an S2 3B with AAN intake like you, I would like to know if you have more images on how to mount a front radiator and if you could say which vehicle is the radiator that has been mounted.Would it be possible to use the original central lock?

I don't see any problem in using the orginal central lock..?

Hello. Seems that I don't have any other pics than what is in this thread. But everything is custom fitted and brackets made from scratch. The IC didn't have any factory fittings so had to weld brackets on it too. The radiator is an B4 cabrio version and it has the cooling hose fittings like on the UrS AAN radiator.
I don't see any problem in using the orginal central lock..?
