Relay it when you fit it, else it'll run out.

Stock rods and stock compression ratio would also be a good mention. I would not rev it more than 7300 rpm and not boost more than 1.8-1.9 bar.

Your vems supplier should be able to give you a base map. you shouldn't really use someone elses map with that setup to dangerous, just use a aan basemap and change the req_fuel to your injectors and turn off boost so it's runs on spring pressure until it's mapped.
At 13V, 2.5ms is the maximum you should run up top, as otherwise you can overheat the coils.

They should be fine with even 1.5ms, but 2-2.5ms is good at peak torque to stay safe.

Yes.. thnx for the advice! Any schematic on the relay loom ?
Use the stock +12V signal to controll a new relay or a completely new loom ?

The boost will be 1bar at the beginning to take the car thruw MOT with okey emissions.

The finish tune will be around 1,7bar, but the rods will be replaced asap!

Yeah thats why I said 2ms with voltage extension as Vems calculates for different voltages and a lot of users use high values which can add up to 40% extra dwell

              Thnx alot guys!

              is this the right reqfuel calc (4bar fpr): (6.49 * ( 2226 / 5 / 727 ) * 0.75) = req.fuel 2.98

what FW is recommended ? Vemstune or megatune ?

Is it okey to use VE Tune by Statitics ?

Does anyone have a stock tune for AAN ?

If you need a schematic for this, then maybe talk to someone who knows something about electricity?
This is not meant to be offensive, but you can literally kill yourself if you do not know what you are doing when working near petrol fumes!

I just quote at 13V, because that is where the car will spend 99% of it's time.
Of course other voltages are important, but mostly for starting the car really.

                      Understand what u mean!

I know about electircity and how to connect a relay and such!

Just wounder were I can take the signal from to click the relay (Haven´t taken a look at the stock loom yet).

Kinda hard to explain on english but..

On a stock car there is a signal from ecu to the stock relay and then + and - back to the pump ?

Since I will place the new relay and wiring back were the battery is I need a signal from ecu back there, right ?

Maybe I´m thinking totally wrong - that´s why I´m learning and picking up experience from this forum

                            • The pump is positive switched and grounded to the chassis!
There is nothing at all to think or to wonder here... that's why I said, take it to a professional.

Making first tuning experiments on an engine which has a big turbo fitted when you don't have any idea about how things work is also really not a smart thing to do!
You start learning tuning by reading a book, and understanding why you make every change, and not by playing on a standalone EFI ecu...

Just because you bought a standalone does not mean you are a pro tuner.
A standalone is hard to set up and tune to run properly in all conditions with any setup.
With stock ECU you start hitting big roadblocks only when you get to tuning 500+hp stroker engines, until then everything works perfect almost by itself.

You need to take the car to the dyno and dial in some sort of timing map.
Or at the very least get knock feedback working properly - which is a feat in itself to accomplish, then try to road tune it to MBT and in areas where MBT is bigger than det limit, to minimum EGT. You can't get your ECU tuned by posting on forum...
