If you have a bomb setup then you will have a hydraulic servo which is very small and the master cylinder is bolted to that. If I was a betting man I would say you need to follow what the s2 guys do as it would be a similar setup. Take some pictures and post them on here.

The D3 and other model of similar age have done away with the clevis and use a ball-in-socket type arrangement, with the ball on the servo pushrod and the socket on the back of the brake pedal. So I guess that joint will need to be preloaded using the pushrod adjustment, makes sense that the servo needs some preload too.Panthero Coupé quattro 20vt

Good man. I'm convinced both my servos are faulty and have ordered more.... Both the servos I have leak differently. One leaks all the time and the other stops leaking when force is on the rod. But when you remove force even at the half way in position the leak is back. I think it's control valve is faulty. Should get 1 of them delivered today and get fitted tomorrow. Been without car for a few weeks now and am having withdrawal symptoms lol.

Here's some pictures of my setup, if you could shed some light on to what I need to change for the conversion.
As said earlier it's a 1994 80q 2.6 converted to a 4.2 v8 using a 4.2 power steering pump also.Attached Files
