That's ver good news indeed. So does he physically repair the little LCD or replace it? For those with the skills, I'm wondering if it would be possible to send just the little panel as it would help save on post and labour rather than sending the full trip computer module.

My screen is fine but it’s only a matter of time before it blows. I wonder if he can do the clock too?

Second that, full marks for persevering with this, lets hope this guy can cope with demand. Having stripped down a few trips with bleeds, I am fairly sure the bleed is caused by oxidation building up between the contacts and shorting them out, I strip down mine and clean the board with pcb cleaner.

I may have to pull my recommendation for this guy, mine started to bleed again so I sent it back to him and he said he'd repair it. Despite numerous massages to him I've yet to get it back.
