                update anyone?

                Got all the required parts for this job and the car,s booked in at the garage tomorrow. Are there any niggles or top tips to give him when i drop it off?

                  Make sure you fit the clamps to the fuel lines before you finally connect the last end! I didn't do this and they were a nightmare to clip back up again.

                  (Anyone that has previously installed fuel lines will know this anyway. It was my first time....)

                    Yup i can confirm those clips are a **** to get back on, i only had 2 out of 3 lines to get in when i did mine as i deleted the carbon cannister circuit at the same time, can't even imagine how much rage i would have got myself into if i had all 3 to squeeze back in

                    Just make sure he cleans all the rust and skank out of the rubbers before reusing them, also some grease will prolong the life of the lines

                      He has,nt done this before and was,nt that keen until he realised he did,nt have to go up into the engine. After i,d printed some pic,s off the forum to show him, he understood what i was on about! Thanks for the tips, and thankgod for this forum!!!!

                              mine are better and i did that on the floor with axle stands
                              Took fooking hours though TBH, and i'm a bit OCD about this kid of stuff
