Ha ha. You know what. I've had the same thought. There are always more things you think you should have done on a build.

totally, hindsight being 20/20!

In my minds eye I see that being the final part of the project - getting everything all working just so, then pulling it apart, bare metal restoration on the body and then put it all back together for good................. until the next time

Ha ha. You know what. I've had the same thought. There are always more things you think you should have done on a build.

There always is, however you can get caught in a loop and never make a decision about your project because you have no clear idea what you want and end up trying to copy others or making really bad decisions.

The only true way to know what could be done differently is build it, get it running and then change accordingly.

Some things work on paper some dont work in real life.

People who say I want to build it once and that's it, well I've never known that to happen

Time for a minor update, as nothing major has happened!

Rebuilt my wiper linkage and fitted some RS6 aero wipers.
Really pleased with them, they look awesome and are a massive improvement on the crappy old coupe ones. Only a minor mod to the passenger side arm is required for them to fit like they rolled out the factory with them on

Cheers mate. You just need to shorten the passenger side blade by about 35-40mm

nope...from me as i sold my a6 last autumn and upgraded the wipers on it...returned them to stock before trading in

I actually do want some elipsoids, only because the light output from the H4s is shocking. I removed my HIDs a while back as they were annoying me and quite chavvy now I think in non-projector lenses. Trouble is now I can't see **** all at night!

both the reflectors are pretty much new. I am considering relaying the headlights and running 120w competition lamps, but that is pretty illegal. Still, rather get an improvement notice than be belly up in a hedge somewhere
