You know, I was looking through those old photos trying to find one that might do the trick for Dave , and just had that bad 'rust' feeling come back . So the scars are healed but I am still a bit tender
Just readed thrue all 30 pages, and all this stuff you have done, its amazing! Really love the attention to detail, and all the small parts. Youre doing it exactly the way i wanna do it, but im a bit more laid back, hard to get started! And btw, all these rust pictures inn the begining, makes me feel happy about my s2 avant, hehe.
When you put the battery in again, remebere to put the hose frome the battery vent to outside the car (Along with the roof vent hose). On mine it have been taked off, and sometime the battery have toped off... And heres how it gonna look like then!
Anyways, i have subscribed. Cant wait for next update!
Edit:
What did you do to the handle to fit the 3B light panel? Ive mounting this panel on my audi 80 tdi avant to, and tryed to get it thighted up, but still its a bit to much play. How did you fix this?

Ok, trying again to get back into the swing of things.
Just a few little jobs to get started. I decided to reattach the sill covers and trim.
The black clips are the usual RS4 ones to replace the NLA S2 ones.
Sorry about the poor pics, will have my usual camera back next time.
I also had occasion to see the rear of the car in sunshine. Getting quite excited
I also decided to fit the flywheel and clutch. New bolts for the flywheel and refurbished bolts for the pressure plate. Next up is reattach the gearbox and offer it up to the car.
