It's not too easy whem the good dyno is 350kms far...and only opens since Monday to Friday...
And if Ross can ,it will gives me an idea about maximum power, because we have very similar turbo.not about torque....because he is boosting more than 2bar,and me only 1.85bar...because I am using stock engine
And he has better cyl head....
This is why I asked

so anything Ross's car make, yours will make less, ok.
Ill measure Ross's car, not on disputed dyno runs that anyone car produce anything. But on the road, and measure speed differences. The road is the best measurement.

Yes , I would count 20/30hp less
Whem will you test the cars on the closed roads?

I have a couple of minor jobs to do first - importantly replace the engine mounts and front outer CV joint - then she'll be ready to see the Dyno @ MRC and do some road tests... hoping to do these in the next couple of weeks.
I suspect I'll have a very strong mid range with 2.1bar boost. I did pull some time vs RPM data from the 3rd gear log and I was seeing 4.1s FATS and 4.0s 60-90. Estimated weight was 1,950kg (Me, PRJ, Countach, Acidburn + full tank + a boot full of tools and parts).
To get an idea of what to expect I ran that through some calculations with accurate gear ratio's and tire size, drag 0.35 and 23sqft frontal area. With 18% drivetrain loss that was giving readings in the 430-450HP range.

leave the speculations and go to the dyno ¡¡

unfortunately it wasnt well built and rubbed on the timing belt.
its going to be sent back to the maker for a radiator shroud in kevlar instead, as the one i have has small cracks from the engine heat.

Looks great Vas, good to see some 'action pics'. How do you even cover 100k kms?! It will take me 10 years to cover that! And you should get at least double that...
You've gone for the double-sided ferrite pressure plate then? How are you finding the stage 4? I went for 'only' the Stage 3 and it's holding fine so far... a little heavier than stock but now it's worn in feels like stock to engage. Very smooth.
i should have covered that distance in 10 years as well, that way the car expences do not seem that high to the wife!!haha
but i did a 7.5K km trip to europe first time it was rebuilt, and since then i have done a 4.5k trip to Norway, another trip to europe with around 4K kms, have visited 3/4 of the UK, been to Greece and back twice (usually around 3K kms)...and use it for groceries as well!
So all in all i have enjoyed it immensly and only when i had the brake issues did i really want to pass it on to the tides... But since that was ok, i knew the engine had it's issues, now even Brian wasnt sure what could have caused the glazing. Was it the previous breaking in? was it normal wear and tear? was it a poor PCV system? Who knows.
At least now the PCV and breaking in has been tackled appropriately, so im hoping it will take me to another 100K kms without problems!
the stage 4 southbend still has a very light pedal feel, but it bites harder. Most of the times the car judders to start moving from standstill and part of it me not having found the correct engagement height. You know that these things require 2 facts: 1) do as fast as possible clutch lift off pedal, otherwise they get worn easily, 2) do not keep your foot on the clutch for a long time, ie in traffic or traffic lights, as the throw out bearing will disintigrate faster due to high temperatures.
Its all part of getting used to, but as the flywheel now is flat, the pedal is even ligher than before. With the power im expecting to make, a stage 3 with organic/feramic would have been ideal! but i bought the st4 so...
