Now been running for considerable time, it's upto temperature and it hasn't cut out yet. Could temperature sensor do this?

Air leak? TPS idle switch not closing? ISV needs cleaning?

Did you read codes?

So the car cut out again while driving, and when that happened there was clicking coming from the central relay panel. Which one could it be? (I don't have starting interlock relay).

The only two potential suspects are the load reduction relay in position 1 and the fuel pump relay in position 6.

Start with the fuel pump relay.

Don't think so.

And so many things are relying on the J17 Fuel Pump relay that if it quits, you're done.

Your issue could also be the thermal fuses above the ECU.

S64 is the most likely problem thermal fuse for your symptoms. (IMO)

When you removed the immob, did you solder any broken wires back up properly?
