        With multimeter.

        Have 12v at terminal 15, and on both sides on the fuse, but no voltage at pin 27 or injector plugs. Looking at the wiring diagram for ECU, it goes straight to the pin 27 after the fuse. I have looked at the wiring and I can't see any breaks etc?

            You might get them out by hammering the next size up torx bit in there, that's the best way. Those spiral bolt extractors don't often work very well.. Welding a nut onto the head of the bolt is good too. If all else fails, grind the heads off then you can weld a nut to what's left and get them out that way, or maybe mole grips.

              Tried hammering torx in, it just went round and made inside round. Welong sounds nice if I had a welder machine where I am

                  You need a larger size Torx, not one that fits in nicely. The bolt will be dead.

                            How would I go about rewiring it from fuse to injectors and pin 27, as it seems the best way to me?

                                There's another type of extractor, for nuts and studs, that fits over the outside of the bolt head, try Irwin stud extractor.
