  • Relay 204 is just a really simple relay, if the green/bk and blue/bk wires are connected to pins 87 and 30 then energising that relay will connect them together.

    Looks like this is something to do with the immob, are there any other wires going to that relay? To pins 85 and 86?

      Pin 86 - green/ black (sshorted to pin 30)
      Pin 30 - another black/green
      pin 85 - green/brown

        • Ground pin 85, it should power up the ECU

          • You're looking for another break then, in the starter circuit. Hang on though, I thought you said it was cranking before??

              • Hmm, I'm suspecting the ignition switch again then, have you checked that there's 12v on the starter output of the ignition switch? If there is then follow that wire and see if you can find a break.

                • It was if I put a direct 12v to it, but now it won't crank even with 12v direct to it.

                  • I am getting 12v output from the ignition switch to the starter motor, but it doesn't get to it, but it won't crank even if I put 12v straight to the starter motor whereas it was before

                              This was the issue Took out the 204 relay and replaces with homemade jumper like in the picture and it's all good


                              So, does anyone have a jumper like that?
