Something I will definitely look into. Planning on lifting the engine out possibly, as I need to do timing belt and seems to have several sources of oil leaks, so that would give me a good look at the engine and I can sort it out.

Definitely don't need to remove the engine for any of those problems. Worst case is a leaking sump gasket and even then the engine doesn't need to come out (you just drop the sub-frame down a bit to get the needed clearance.

I know yes, but that would give me a chance to sort the rust out etc. too. But I might just take IM/EM and all the piping off and do it that way just to save me taking the engine out.

Good to know. I want to also see what is happening with oil levels when I start driving.

MOT Passed. Was quite glad to see that only thing wrong with her was rear tie rod end, I expected the emissions to be high as it wasn't driven for 2 years, but it was all good

Also decided not to lower her, and went for 20 mm spacers at the rear;

Thanks guys! Next up is full timing belt job and while all that is happening I will be looking out for a stainless exhaust (blowing) and it rattles like a hell.
