I didn't want to brake new Trw bushings, so poly bushings stay for the future..

      • Have not done anything special. New wastegate. Also a cat to pass the MOT test.
Now everything is ok. Just must remove the cat (HP killer)

Is that a 4 inch 100mm intake hose on your turbo? Were did you get it from?

Yes! I got it from a local dealer. Originally it was blue, but I painted it black with plastidip.

It seems like a nice tight bend. Do they sell online?

                      • Few members asked how poly bushes are to drive?
First bigger run is done, I tried a good road and a bumpy road.
Results: I am very pleased. Like a new car
But I don't know how it is to drive with all new oem bushes, maybe even better...
                        But I like.

                        • Welded the turbo a little. Before it was with some kind of clamp what was not reliable.
                          No boost leaks needed.
                          Also powdercoated it black.

                              • BTDT. As you seen when you tighten the nut of the tie rod end, the rubber boot being pushed against the steering arm.there're 2 part no. for C4 tie rods.i got the bigger one like yours.finally i need to fabricate small
Metal sheet inserted the hole to make the tie rod sits way higher and
                                Clear the rubber boot.
