So after some time i decided to solve the ABS sensors problems. Today a measure the pin holes of ABS, and measure these numbers. So two sensors are good, and two are bad. Any ideas if its only sensors or it could be anything else?
Drivers front - 1,20 kOhm
Drivers rear - Nothing change, so i guess dead)
Codriver rear - 1,18 kOhm
Codriver front - Nothing
If i start engine, and stay on the place, everything is fine, after some while when i moving, lights on ABS on gauges. So i guess that problem will be only in sensors/or cables of them.
Now i want to clean and paint a 3B oil housing, for add a oil cooler to the aux rad place. Test the thermostat if its working well. Do you have experience that the main bolt trough the housing to the block, its still turning, and i cant remove it from the housing.
Now waiting for new lining, to make a new head lining and all grey plastic trims will be covered, and hand auto hand grabs paint to the black and cover the place after rear seats.
In a few weeks i also want to buy a new FERODO DS 3000 pads and slowly drives off the new pads to be ready on Brno CircuitAttached Files- 17160664_10208322514366027_348182415_n.jpg (75.7 KB, 50 views)

Suggest that you use some hi temperature waterproof grease when installing the replacement ABS sensor sleeves - when the rust blooms in the wheel hub it grows through the brass sleeve and then rusts to the sensor body....which makes them a joy to removePeter S

When i do a refurb of rear and front subframes, i use a some copper grease and than install the old sensors and now during removal i used WD40. Now i will install a new sleeves and new sensors. Any ideas what grease is good to use?Now everything looks perfect and removing was too much worst than now. Before i even knock them out. Now it not soo bad and i pullem them out without removing axleshaft, hub, etc...Audi Coupe Quattro 2.3 20V

So today i put on a new abs sensor to the rear, connect, measure and looks like everything is OK. After that i raise front side, and after around 15minutes a remove a front ABS sensor. Perfect time, the rear one takes around 2 hours and front one about 15minutes with rising and removing wheel. Tomorrow i go to the local shop, to order a new front ones and hope, that problems with ABS will be solved Some pictures what i take during work. I´ve already waiting for oil cooler, because of high oil temepratures during drivingAttached Files- 17327801_10208387206703295_883754920_n.jpg (74.7 KB, 58 views)

After some time and finally summer semestr is done i do something on the car. Oil cooler is ready, hoses ready, only on mounts i am waiting from powder coating. Today i look on oil housing. I check oil thermostat (100 C) i tested in boiling water, if it works fine and it is. I cleaned , check thermostat sealing. Now i need to little bit slice a few places to have no leaks when i put on the car. I decide to look and buy after AAT block and build a stroker engine with 7A head (because of MOT), so i think after next 2 weeks i will have it or order it. Need to solve ABS problem, i still have it, but thanks to school i have no time to work on the car..but now is. Now i modify a little bit short shift (used a beer cap to hold the spring, which sliding of the ball and the move was not smooth)
