Finally i get some engine holder (stand) so now the manipulation and diassembly will be much easier..Ive already remove clutch with flywheel...this work was PITA, some bolt was demaged inside, so i need to grind them and than knock the socket on it...And lift engine so high, isnt so easy, as i expect I am thinking of buying some weld machine for a lot of types of material...so i guess that TIG will be the best solution...Stainless steel, iron, aluminium... I know that with every engine project is often welding necessary. But if its there some welder specialist i will be glad for any advice.

Some updates after a while. Head is removed, block is cleaned after today. I try some chemical degreaser from Coyote, and it works quite good, on the other way, the block wasnt so dirty, but there was spots with heavy dirt especialy between block and oil pan. So engine block is cleaned for now. Remove clutch and crank pulley was PITA work, but done.
Other problem is, starting to be cold outside and inside is the same so little bit tricky to get warm in the garage
End i am pretty surprised, that engine block is no so rusty at all and looks very good, hope that inside too
Here we go to some pictures, hope you like

Some new pics from diassembly the engine. I ****ed up the oil line pipe ( i am mad on myself, so stupid mistake) i just forget. So now is crank pully cog removed, oil pand removed, oil pump removed and other bits. Need to grind block and paint, than weld steel piece to the block because of gasket oversize than drill hole for heater matrix. I am thinking of using OEM 3B or AAN pistons with H rods (budget solution) or buy FCP/JE pistons with H rods (expensive solution) Slowly gathering parts and get knowledge how measure important things (main bearings, rod bearings, cylinder bore measurment, inspect the deck, etc) Thanks Jafromobile lot of educational videos
Ive already made my "what garage give" slide hammer with some old camshaft gear

I am not sure which turbo i use. But i thinking about Holset HX40Super and BorgWarner S200Sx or S300Sx. GTX turbo and other ball bearing turbos out of my wallet (so much expensive), but if i have budget, i would buy a gtx30r or gtx35r. So i guess that for the first stage i will be very satisfied with 500hp. Thuppu had this hx40s and they have around 650hp or something like that. But will see, its a long journey and time and money is the biggest problem, but when i thinking, definitely is a budget the main problem But build and engine and car was my dream and i rather something learn and maybe screw something than a put someone to build. Other problem is that i dont know anyone who build these engines in our country and if so, that will be so huge amount money, that i couldnt afford it :/Audi Coupe Quattro 2.3 20V

Today i diassemled pistons with rods, but one (first piston) i cant remove because of bolt. So i need to find a proper tool to loose that one bolt. Meantime i gather some parts. I checked the rod bearings and the crank and everything seems in perfect shape (my opinion) no scratches or damage at all. Next time i want to lose main caps and check them and crank too.
ABY belt
3B pump
Diesel crank pulley bolt
Freeze plug with nipple
Now awaiting for flywheel, thermostat housing and both engine mount brackets, all used, but looks in mint condition. Now i am considering using a DIESEL OIL PUMP, because of price and seems to be same as petrol ones (gears) if you have any info i will be glad to solve this solution.
